Project Overview
- Symbolism is everywhere we look and is present across all cultures. This device sculpts a more meaningful, complex, and interesting world. Symbolism helps us communicate thoughts, ideas, personal and cultural values through visual and written expressions. You will study and connect symbolism from Pre-Colombian civilizations to your own personal thoughts and feelings about a person you love and appreciate. You will create a composition that communicates your feelings and depicts multiple perspectives about this important person whose life you would like to celebrate. Let’s explore who and what makes life worth living and how we can display this through visual arts!
